At approximately 3:25 am on Friday 24 February 2012, an Israeli aircraft fired a missile at a training site for the Ezadin Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Hamas movement, located near the sewage pools east of Beit Lahiya in North Gaza district.  The attack left a large hole in the ground and rooms and facilities were severely damaged.  An adjacent house as well as the building of the FIFA international soccer union were partially damaged.  No casualties or injuries were reported.  This is not the first time that Israeli aircraft have attacked the site.
