At approximately 4:00 pm on Monday, 4 May 2015, unexploded ordnance left by the Israeli occupation forces was exploded and injured Na’em Saed Ja’rour, 24, resident of Gaza. According to Al Mezan’s field investigations, Ja’rour collects remnants of iron and scraps and then sells them. On Monday, when he collected the scraps and iron, he took them to his house roof in Al Sheja’iya neighborhood, where the device exploded in his hands. His figures were amputated and he sustained shrapnel in his face. He was admitted to Al Shifa hospital.
