In
the morning hours on Wednesday 19 December 2012, medical sources at an
Egyptian hospital announced the death of Abdullah Mahmoud ‘Asqoul, 24,
from wounds he had sustained during Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip “Pillars of Clouds”.
At
approximately 9:45 am on Saturday 17 December 2012, an Israeli drone
fired a missile at a group of young Palestinian men who were in an
agricultural field in Az-Zana area, east of Khan Younis. As a result,
Abdullah Mahmoud ‘Asqoul and another person were injured. ‘Asqoul
sustained critical injury and was referred to an Egyptian hospital to
receive medical treatment.
