Also at approximately 10:30, Israeli soldiers positioned on observation towers at the border between the Gaza Strip and Israel to the north of Beit Lahia opened fire at a number of Palestinian civilians who were collecting straws nearly 400 meters away from the border. As a result, Mousa Ibrahim Abu Dhail, 25, from the Bedouin Village, was lightly wounded by a bullet to the head.
